Downtown Computer Store makes Service a Priority

 

When Rhett Dziech opened RPC Computers in July his desire was simply to offer the best customer service of any computer store in town - and today customer service is what continues to build his customer base.  The business, located at 419 N. Main Street in downtown Piqua, offers a full range of computer services, including repairs, upgrades and networking.  Additionally RPC also offers new and used computers.  Additionally the qualified staff can customize a computer to meet any customer’s specific needs.  Dziech prides himself on doing most of the work on-premises and wants to be sure each customer is satisfied with their computer investment. 

Another service offered by RPC Computers is web page development and hosting.  The web pages are created to meet the client’s exact specifications and needs.  The web-page designer also works on site and is available to meet with clients on a flexible schedule.    

A unique offering at RPC Computers is public internet access.  The service is available to anyone eighteen or older or to a minor if they have parental permission.  The cost is $1 for 20 minutes.  The service is a very popular feature in the store.
